981kiss Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "981kiss", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 981kiss platform accessible at 981kiss.club and all associated subdomains.
• "Platform" means the 981kiss website, mobile interface, and all services, games, and features made available through them.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 981kiss Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 981kiss Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional, welcome, reload, or other non-cash credits added to a Player's Account by 981kiss.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Credits must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency used on the 981kiss Platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 981kiss Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 981kiss Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting [email protected].

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the 981kiss Platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. 981kiss reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. If a Player is found to be under the minimum age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Credits will be forfeited, and any deposits made during the period of underage use may be subject to recovery proceedings.

3.2 Geographical Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 981kiss Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Access may be restricted or unavailable in certain territories. 981kiss makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of the markets it serves.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 981kiss Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended without notice, all associated balances and Bonus Credits will be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently barred from the Platform.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any material change to your registered information — including your name, address, email address, or payment details — must be updated promptly through your Account settings or by contacting support. 981kiss is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any other person;
• Not allow any other individual to access or use your Account;
• Notify 981kiss immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device;
• Use a password that is unique to your 981kiss Account and not used on other services.

981kiss will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any bets or transactions placed through your Account before you notify us of a security breach are your sole responsibility.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 981kiss Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Deposits are credited in MYR. 981kiss does not accept deposits from third parties — you may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts in the same name as the registered 981kiss Account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. 981kiss reserves the right to perform identity and account verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Standard eWallet withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours subject to verification status. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Player's Account cashier section. These limits may vary based on payment method, account verification status, and applicable risk management policies.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 981kiss Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 981kiss does not apply currency conversion fees. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own bank or payment provider.

6. Gameplay Rules and Betting

All games on the 981kiss Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general rules apply across all games and sports betting markets on 981kiss:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Errors or misunderstandings regarding game rules do not entitle a Player to a refund of confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or connectivity failure during active gameplay, 981kiss will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. The Platform's server records are definitive in all disputes.
• Odds and game parameters are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Suspiciously high winning streaks, patterns consistent with prohibited conduct, or bets placed in connection with system errors may be reviewed, voided, and associated winnings withheld pending investigation.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 981kiss offers bonuses, free bets, reload credits, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's terms and conditions state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players with fully verified Accounts only.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Credits and any associated winnings that remain after the deadline expires will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published in the general bonus terms section of the Platform.
• 981kiss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. 981kiss further reserves the right to withhold or reclaim Bonus Credits where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or a violation of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 981kiss Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and Bonus Credits, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other unlawful financial activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 981kiss staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, age verification, or security measure implemented by the Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 981kiss Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and design elements — is the property of 981kiss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from 981kiss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 981kiss shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind;
• Losses arising from third-party technical failures, payment provider outages, or internet connectivity issues outside the Platform's direct control;
• Losses attributable to your own failure to comply with Account security obligations.

In all circumstances where liability cannot be excluded by law, the aggregate liability of 981kiss to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

981kiss is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session length notifications.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own access may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration are available for Players who enable this feature.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

981kiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• The Player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• The Player requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination for breach, all Bonus Credits and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player net of any sums owed to 981kiss, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact [email protected] with a written closure request. Account closure does not constitute a waiver of any rights or claims that 981kiss may have against the Player under these Terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

981kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any formal dispute arising from your use of the 981kiss Platform must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

981kiss will acknowledge formal disputes within five (5) business days and aims to resolve all disputes within 30 business days of acknowledgement. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through a mutually agreed mediation process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
